Overview of Artifacts in comming up date

Overview of artifacts:

1. War Axe: clear HT L12 to unlock.

Enhance crit rate from 7-20%, and there is a 30% chance to boost dmg by 10-30% for 2-4 seconds. Four heroes can be boosted here.

2. Thunder Rune: clear HBM R

Enhance Dodge by 6-15%, mov spd by 10-30%.
Two heroes can be boosted here.

3. Victory medal: enabled by default

Reduce damage taken by 10-20%, and there is a 25% chance that your target dmg is reduced by 10-30% for 4 seconds.
6 heroes may be equipped.

4. Holy Grail: Clear 2-1 insane dungeon (probably 3- flame)

Boost hp by 10-20%, and a 20% chance to recover 15-35% hp when attacked.
Two heroes.

5. Eagle Eye: reach Prince title

Enhance accuracy by 7-20%, and 10-21% chance to silence target for 1-3 seconds.
1 hero.

6. Impact: clear 1-3 insane dungeon

Increase atk spd by 10-30%  and there is a 30-50% chance when attacked to become immune to stun for 1-3 seconds.
